Shipping and Delivery

Once your payment has been received, we ship out your order within 3 business days. After ship out delivery by SF Express for Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories) and Macau is within 3 business days. After ship out delivery with tracked mail by HKpost for Singapore may take 7-14 working days.

A notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your goods have been shipped. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Hong Kong public holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

Free delivery is offered for orders over HKD/MOP 400 (+/- SGD70).

Other orders will be sent out at the following flat rate with:

Hong Kong: HKD 30

Macau: HKD 45

Singapore: SGD 15
